Improving Local Government Customer Experience at the National Oversight Audit Commission Workshop

NOAC at its Supporting customer experience in Local Government Workshop” demonstrated good examples of customer service from Dublin City, Meath, Roscommon, and South Dublin Councils, as well as the Irish Passport Office. Attendees also heard findings from the most recent national survey on customer service in local authorities carried out by the Local Government Management Agency.
